At this hour, his younger sister should still have been at the shop preparing ingredients for business after ten.

“How dare you come to my house and steal?”

Ye Wushang barked. He turned his palm into a fist and was about to bring it down when he realized that the intruder was actually a woman in her fifties.

The older woman was terrified. She covered her head with both hands and spoke in a trembling voice.

Ye Wushang’s expression darkened. He did not release her, but asked suspiciously, “Who are you?”

“Why are you in my house?”
